The Avenue Regent Hotel - Kochi

I had a proper canny stay, like! The staff were so friendly, and I loved the massive breakfast buffet with all sorts of scran. Bit noisy outside though, but that didn’t bother me much. a champion experience!

We ate in the restaurant and instead of buffet we chose a la carte, whereupon we both got food poisoning.

The Avenue offers spacious rooms with excellent amenities and a good breakfast buffet with a great variety of dishes. The bar is quite popular, and the cafe on the ground floor draws in many locals.

Air conditioning was inconsistent at times.

Honestly nothing to complain about. Very upscale accommodation with handy setting near nearby attractions, several good restaurants and Avenue Regent on a future visit.

Stay as such was comfortable and the staff were reasonably ok

Someone slept in my car parked in the premises of hotel and the key with the Hotel Security. Though I complained at the reception about it I am yet to receive any feed back from the hotel. Stay as such was comfortable. But what if the staff is using my car for their personal purpose during the night when I am asleep

The AC struggled at night, but the room was spacious and comfortable.

Deluxe queen room had a comfortable bed. The breakfast was savoury and plentiful with local specialties, you will not be disappointed. The location was handy and absolutely perfect, just next door to Avenue Regent ernakulam and good local restaurants. The hotel was away from hustle and bustle.

Location close to Avenue Regent on a future visit as well as the shopping district, many restaurants and a park. Outstanding food choices for breakfast. Quick check-in and late check-out, amicable staff...

Spacious room, excellent breakfast, with a friendly staff that provided prompt service in a convenient location just a 5-minute walk from the nearest train station.

the staff were very helpfull.the food was plentifull and of excellent quality.the evening buffet was so good that we ate in every night of our stay and a particular highlight was the restaurant manager providing caberet in the form of singing over dinner,a good voice and excellent entertainment! overall a very satisfactory stay.

Spotlessly clean and attentive service with a good atmosphere in the heart of the city.

The club double room was a nice find, spacious and comfortable for the few nights spent here. Its location was prime, with access to nearby restaurants and local attractions.

Unfortunately, the experience had its bumps. One night, the air conditioning struggled to cool the room, and despite calling for help, the preset temperature couldn't be changed was nice. I faced issues with airport transportation. The hotel booked a taxi that didn't show up as promised, leading to unnecessary charges and hassle. It's worth considering alternatives for getting to and from the airport.
